All items is authentic and new,unless otherwise stated. Be rest assured that all items are sourced directly from reputable US merchants. I am not an affiliate, associate or agent to any of these brands nor am I their sales representative or authorized dealer.
Payment
Payment term is cash via bank transfer to Maybank account. Further details on the account will be provided via email upon confirmation of your purchase or order. Installment payment up to 3 months may be considered (depending on the total amount of purchase) subject to 50% payment for the 1st installment. Please do not hesitate to email for inquiry.
For pre-order items, a quote will be emailed to you. If you are agreeable on the price, a 50% deposit is required before I proceed with the order. Once an order is confirmed and deposit is already made, no cancellation is allowed. The balance is payable prior to the delivery of the ordered items. All sales are final. Items sold cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Delivery & Shipment
For items already readily available, delivery will be made within 3 working days from the receipt of full payment. For pre-order items, please expect 3 - 5 weeks for your items to be delivered. All delivery will be via Poslaju. Please take note that shipping cost is not included in the price. Once the item is handed over to Poslaju, I shall not be responsible for any loss or damage during the shipping process. The tracking number will be provided via email/sms for your easy reference. Self collection is available on weekdays and only at KL Sentral. Currently I only ship within Malaysia only. Shipment to Brunei may be considered (please email for further information).
